Data Deletion and Storage Period

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. The newsletters are sent via HubSpot, a newsletter shipping platform, European HQ, 2nd Floor, 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.

The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in these notes, are stored on HubSpot's servers in the USA and EU. HubSpot uses this information for sending and evaluating the newsletters on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, HubSpot can use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g., for the technical optimization of the dispatch and display of the newsletters or for economic purposes to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, HubSpot does not use the data of the newsletter recipients to write to them themselves or to pass them on to third parties.

Our service provider HubSpot has committed itself to us within the framework of a contract for order data processing to comply with EU data protection requirements.
